14-Day Return Policy

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or order confirmation email).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email vigorzestore@vigorze.it or fill out the return form on our website. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Please pack the item securely to prevent any damage during return transit.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of processing.
  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at vigorzestore@vigorze.it with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
